Located in a building whose origin dates back to the headquarters of the old Mercantile Credit Society, which received the Barcelona City Council award for the best works completed in 1900. Recently refurbished, it maintains the original façade incorporating elements from the Barcelona neoclassical style.
The premises are an imposing neoclassical mansion designed by the architect Joan Martorell i Montells. It is divided into three floors: semi-basement of 403 m², ground floor of 524 m² and first floor of 520 m². It is delivered without facilities.
