Author's Design House The design perfectly combines privacy with stunning views of its gardens and the sea. The natural spaces perfectly combine simple geometric shapes and elegant materials such as white micro-cement concrete, natural stone, steel, tropical wood and transparent glass. The spaces have been designed in such a way that they can be easily changed to suit the requirements of the moment. There is only high quality furniture throughout the property. The living room enjoys double height, while the first floor is accessed by an equally impressive staircase made of stainless steel and anthracite gray micro cement. The sculptural platform, also present on this floor, is integrated with other elements such as the large frame with black mirrors that mix the reflections of natural and artificial lights and works of art. Lighting is a very important decorative element in this house, as it interacts with spaces in a surprising way not only creates a magical atmosphere, but also provides a low energy consumption lighting system. The spectacular master bedroom has luxury finishes, natural leathers that wrap the furniture, black mirrors that hide closets, wood finished in broken white in the dressing room. In the garden there is a cantilever pergola of more than 5 meters. It rests on a wall that is a double shower coated in dark micro-cement on one side, and the barbecue area and the organic garden on the other. Flowers such as Augusta and Strelitzia reginae have been combined with bamboo black, palm trees and native plants such as jasmine and lavender. The only confined space is the basement, built by taking advantage of natural elements.
